Die zuverl\u00e4ssigsten Messprinzipien an Stahlmembranen verwenden so genannte D\u00fcnnschichttechnologien oder alternativ Dehnungsmessstreifen-Technologien.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Letztere zeichnen sich durch deutlich h\u00f6here Rohsignale im Vergleich zur D\u00fcnnschichttechnologie aus. Prignitz Mikrosystemtechnik setzt beide Messverfahren ein.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mit der P2P-Technologie hat Prignitz Mikrosystemtechnik eine einzigartige, patentierte Technologie entwickelt, die zu den Dehnungsmessstreifen-Technologien geh\u00f6rt. Der entscheidende und innovative Unterschied zum Wettbewerb ist die Verwendung von zwei Vollbr\u00fccken, die so miteinander verbunden sind, dass unerw\u00fcnschte \u00e4u\u00dfere Krafteinfl\u00fcsse auf das Sensorsignal (z.B. Drehmomente beim Einbau) weitgehend kompensiert werden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zu diesem Zweck wird ein monolithischer Stahlk\u00f6rper ohne jegliche Schwei\u00dfung verwendet. Nur ein Teil aus massivem 316L-Edelstahl kommt mit dem Medium in Ber\u00fchrung. Daher kann diese Technologie auch f\u00fcr Wasserstoffanwendungen genutzt werden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">F\u00fcr andere Anwendungen k\u00f6nnen andere Werkstoffe wie 17-4PH, Hastelloy oder andere verwendet werden.
