Piezoresistive erweiterte MEMS<\/h4>\n

Drucksensoren auf Siliziummembranbasis sind ideal f\u00fcr nicht aggressive Gase und bis zu einem gewissen Grad auch f\u00fcr nicht aggressive Fl\u00fcssigkeiten.<\/p>\n

Die Technologie wird vor allem in den unteren Druckbereichen eingesetzt und kann aufgrund des Silizium-MEMS-basierten Ansatzes auch in sehr hohen St\u00fcckzahlen kosteng\u00fcnstig hergestellt werden.<\/p>\n

Die Prignitz Mikrosystemtechnik verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber jahrzehntelange Erfahrung mit dieser Technologie unter eigenem Label. PAMs werden auch in gro\u00dfen Mengen im Automobilsektor hergestellt.
