Die zuverl\u00e4ssigsten Messprinzipien auf Stahlmembranen verwenden sogenannte D\u00fcnnschichttechnologien oder alternativ Dehnungsmessstreifen (DMS), wobei D\u00fcnnschichttechnologien ein relativ geringes Rohsignal aufweisen, w\u00e4hrend piezoresistive Elemente durch ein deutlich h\u00f6heres Rohsignal gekennzeichnet sind.<\/p>\n<p>Prignitz Mikrosystemtechnik setzt beide Messverfahren ein. Bei der D\u00fcnnschichttechnologie verwenden wir Messwiderst\u00e4nde aus Polysilizium, die im Vergleich zu anderen D\u00fcnnschichttechnologien (meist gesputterte Metalle) etwa das dreifache Rohsignal aufweisen. Der verwendete Stahl 17-4PH (1.4542) zeichnet sich vor allem durch hohe \u00dcberlastwerte aus. Die Technologie, die bei Prignitz Mikrosystemtechnik seit Jahrzehnten eingesetzt wird, verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber ein sehr breites Anwendungsspektrum und eine hohe Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit.<\/p>\n<p>Das zu messende Medium kommt nur mit nichtrostendem Stahl in Ber\u00fchrung. Die hohe interne Wertsch\u00f6pfungstiefe erm\u00f6glicht es der PMST, einerseits schnell auf Kundenanforderungen zu reagieren und andererseits ein hohes, gleichbleibendes Qualit\u00e4tsniveau zu halten.<\/p>\n<p>Die TFT-Technologie kann in allen unseren Drucksensoren der Serien S100, S200 und C100 eingesetzt werden.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8220;1_2&#8243;
