Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA):<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Um den R\u00fcckgabeprozess zu starten, m\u00fcssen alle zur\u00fcckgegebenen Artikel eine genehmigte RMA-Nummer (Return Merchandise Authorization) und ein ausgef\u00fclltes R\u00fcckgabeformular haben. Um eine RMA-Nummer und ein R\u00fcckgabeformular zu erhalten, gehen Sie wie folgt vor:<\/span><\/p>\n

1. F\u00fcllen Sie das R\u00fcckgabeformular auf dieser Seite aus.<\/span><\/p>\n

(Chinesisch)\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 (Deutsch\/Englisch)<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

2. Schicken Sie das ausgef\u00fcllte Formular an \u00a0rma@prignitz-mst.de<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

3. Nach Pr\u00fcfung des RMA-Antrags erhalten Sie von uns ein R\u00fccksendeformular mit der zugeteilten RMA-Nummer.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Legen Sie eine Kopie des R\u00fccksendeformulars dem zur\u00fcckgesendeten Produkt bei.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>WICHTIG!<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

\u00a0<\/span>– Bei nicht ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00dfer Dokumentation (RMA-Nummer und ausgef\u00fclltes R\u00fccksendeformular) beh\u00e4lt sich Prignitz Mikrosystemtechnik das Recht vor, die R\u00fccksendung abzulehnen.<\/span><\/p>\n

– W\u00e4hrend der technischen Begutachtung kann das Produkt demontiert werden, um die Fehlerursache zu ermitteln. Ein Wiedereinbau ist in der Regel nicht m\u00f6glich. Ein gleichwertiger Ersatz wird nur angeboten, wenn die Ursache als herstellerbedingt eingestuft wird.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Alle zur\u00fcckgesendeten Artikel m\u00fcssen gereinigt und desinfiziert sein und d\u00fcrfen keine potentiell gef\u00e4hrlichen Materialien enthalten. Andernfalls kann Prignitz Mikrosystemtechnik die Annahme verweigern und das Produkt wird auf Kosten des Kunden zur\u00fcckgesandt.<\/span><\/p>\n
