Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA):

To initiate the return process, it is imperative that all returned items have an approved Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and a completed return form. Follow the steps below to obtain an RMA number and return form:

1. Complete the Return Request Form available on this page (please click on link).

2. Return the completed form to  rma@prignitz-mst.de.

3. After reviewing the RMA request, we will provide you with a return form with the assigned RMA number.

4. Ensure that a copy of the return form is attached to the returned product.

 IMPORTANT:

• In the absence of proper documentation (RMA number and completed return form), Prignitz Mikrosystemtechnik reserves the right to refuse the return request.
• During the technical evaluation phase, the product may be disassembled in order to determine the cause of the failure. Reassembly is generally not possible. An equivalent replacement will only be offered if the cause is determined to be manufacturer related.
• All returned items must be cleaned and sanitised and free from potentially hazardous materials. Failure to do so may result in Prignitz Mikrosystemtechnik refusing to accept the product, which will then be returned at the customer’s expense.
